Whey, glutathione protect against prostate cancer

In this research article from Ohio State University, scientists explain that whey protein can help protect against prostate cancer. This is achieved by raising the levels of glutathione - the master anti-oxidant in the cell. Cheese is shown not have the same beneficial impact as whey protein, which has the amino acid cysteine, a key ingredient in creating glutathione.
